He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth "Liddy" Barclay Fox (Lee) of Liberty; his wife Sandra "Sandy" Hall Barclay; his children, Christy Lyn Barclay of Climax and Matthew Thomas Barclay of ClimaxHis; his siblings, Douglas MacAra Barclay, Harry Thomas French III (Roberta), Andrea "Andi" Barclay Mapes (Scott), Jeannie Barclay Yukitomo (Steven) and Lynn Barclay Brewer (Dickie); and his grandchildren, Logan, Landon, Layton Fox, Jae'Dah and Jeremiah Barclay. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
