He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Fields. He is survived by: his brother Michelob Light; his wife Ginny Fields; his children, Kathy Fields (Mike Essa) and Matteson Fields (Ashley); his mother Betty Hull; his grandchildren, Owen, Violet, Grayson and Stella; his siblings, Debra Wood (Benny), Karen Barbone and Warren Ingram; and his aunts, Nett, Frances Fields and Margie Causey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Brad always put others before himself, so in light of the pandemic, the family will be forgoing traditional services with plans to hold a celebration of Brad's life at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bethlehem United Methodist Church or Hospice of the Piedmont.
