He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harrison Arrowood and Maude Lail Arrowood; his wife Joyce Sailors Arrowood; his son William "Bill" Forrest Arrowood; his grandson William Andrew Arrowood; and his brothers, Max, Cecil and Buddy Arrowood.
He is survived by: his children, Bertha Davis (Larry) of Mooresboro, Randy Arrowood (Janet) of Mooresboro and Dylan Arrowood; and his daughter-in-law Lisa Arrowood of Hendersonville. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
