She was predeceased by: her father B. J. Radford; and her brother Billy Gene Radford. She is survived by: her husband Raymundo Arias; her sons, John Glenn Waters of Cliffside and Tommy Waters (Linda) of Cliffside; her grandchildren, Thomas Waters (Megan), Matthew Hardin and Rosetta Waters; and her siblings, Boyce Radford of Forest City, Albert Radford (Susan) of Fort Mill, SC and Carolyn Bryl of Forest City. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
