She was predeceased by: her parent Arsa Lee Howell; and her husband Bobby Lee Hoy. She is survived by: her cousins, Diane Nestlerode (Tommy) of Wynnewood, Dennis Shidal (Faye) of Vale, NC, Carol Shidal (Cathy) of Wilmington, NC and Guy Howell, Jr. of Lincolnton, NC.; and also Paul Tim Jones (Nora) of Rutherfordton.
