He was predeceased by: his parents, J. M. McGuire and Odell Pennington McGuire; and his sister Joan McCraw. He is survived by: his wife Margie B. McGuire; his son Timothy W. McGuire (Suzanne) of Cliffside; and his brother Mike McGuire (Beth) of Pacolet.
