He was predeceased by: his parents, Marley McCoy and Virginia Dare Fitch Lail; and his siblings, Keith Lail, Jewell Lookadoo and Marjorie Newton.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Greene Lail; his children, Scott Lail (Amanda Flynn) of Grover and Shelly Mackall (Mark) of Fallston; his grandchildren, Jordan Smith (Brandon), Bradford Lail, Hayden Lail, Brady Mackall and Camden Mackall; his great grandchild Graycen Smith; and his sister Marlie Dean Warlick of Belwood. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
