With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Cook Chapman (Cleveland, North Carolina), who passed away on January 29, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cletus Cook and Wilma Bradshaw Cook; her husband Parksie Gus Chapman; her children, David Cook, Susan Chapman Cook and Donna Renee Chapman; her grandchildren, Donna Renee Hudson and Jody Cook; and her sister Maxine Taylor.
She is survived by: her son Allen Chapman (Sandra); her siblings, Ray Cook (Linda), Lucille Canipe (Ray) and Faye Ledford; and her grandchildren, Darrell Cook, Wesley Chapman, Daniel Hudson, Eric, Chris Herman and Crystal Craig. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
