She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Wehunt and Frankie Mae Dellinger Wehunt; her husband Joseph William "Bill" Sellers; and her siblings, Louise W. Moore and Charles Wehunt.

She is survived by: her son Jody Sellers (Marilyn) of Kings Mountain; her granddaughters, Morgan Sellers of Los Angeles and Johana Sellers of Kings Mountain; and her sisters, Pat Warren of Shelby and Flo Ledford of Shelby.
