She was predeceased by: her mother Sandra Jean Kuehn Johnson; and her siblings, Shaun Johnson, Anita Caroon and Melline Wegner. She is survived by: her father Ronald Gene Johnson; her husband Jeff McIntyre; her children, Cody McIntyre, Ashley Russell, Leigha McIntyre-Smith and Ayla McIntyre; her brother Harold Johnson; and her grandchildren, Stacie Webb, Steven Smith, Sadie Smith and Cheyenne McIntyre.
