He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Brown Tolbert, Sr. and Nellie Tucker Tolbert; and his sister Carolyn T. Jordan. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Talbert Tolbert; his daughter Angela "Angie" T. Cherry; his grandsons, Matthew Dean Cherry and Tyler Austin Cherry; his brother Carl Tolbert (Mary); his brother-in-law Carroll Jordan; and his uncle Jimmy Tolbert.
