It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dolores Hamrick of Cleveland, North Carolina, who passed away on August 12, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Smith and Annie Belle Runyans Smith; her husband John Berry Hamrick, Sr.; and her siblings, Clarence Smith, Marie Collins, Margaret Spencer and Jeanette Lowery.
She is survived by: her children, John Berry Hamrick, Jr. (Martha) and Tracye Morgan (Donnie); her grandchildren, Timothy Hamrick (Becky), Karen Lovelace, Andi Morgan and Kati Morgan; her great grandchild Natalie Lovelace; and her close friend Benny Sellers.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be offered to Poplar Springs Baptist Church, 1106 Poplar Springs Church Rd, Shelby, NC 28152.
