He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel E. McCourt and Ruthie P. McCourt (Cowher); his brother Martin W. McCourt; his wife Christina Gardner McCourt of Cleveland, NC; his children, Scott of Lock Haven, PA, Sarah of Raleigh, NC and Jessica of Cleveland, NC; and his grandchildren, Savannah, Lorelei and Atlas McCourt.
He is survived by: his brothers, James E. McCourt (Karen) of Trout Run, PA, Jody R. McCourt (Diane) of Berlin, MD and Matthew M. McCourt (Donna) of Liverpool, PA. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
