We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2020, at the age of 68, Curtis Chambless (Cleveland, North Carolina), born in Shreveport, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Joe Grady Chambless. He is survived by: his mother Mary Jo Watson Chambless of Shreveport, LA.; his wife Margaret Murphy Chambless; his daughter Lacey Chambless of Shelby; his stepsons, Isaac Watson Pearson of Belmont and John Roy "Jack" Pearson of Marion; his sisters, Carolyn Chambless Youkum (Leonard) of Shreveport, LA and Jeanette Chambless Milam (Cliff) of Shreveport, LA; his sisters-in-law, Kay Murphy Paul of Salisbury and Laura Elizabeth Murphy; and his mother-in-law Harriet Powell Murphy of Brookdale. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews; and ten great nieces and nephews.
