It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Eugene Lowe Sr. (Clemmons, North Carolina), who passed away on August 3, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lowe and Mary Smith Lowe; his siblings, Hilda Gray, Joyce Ann and Richard Lee; and his niece Benita Harper.
He is survived by: his son Billy Lowe (Tora); his grandchildren, Kaleb Lowe, Kendal Lowe and Lifelong Companion Constance C. Carlton; his children, Jay R Carlton and Shamarr Page (Larry); his grandchildren, Tomas Carlton of Larry Page, III and Tallon Page; his sister-in-law Barbara Lowe; his nephew Melville Alexander (Barbara); his great-nieces, Kendra and Keisha Harper; and also Shawn Worthy.
