Chadzutko (Moira) of Bayshore, NY; his grandson Christopher T. Chadzutko (Paula); his great grandchildren, Abigail and Christopher Leonard; his son Michael V. Chadzutko (Patricia) of Clemmons; and his granddaughter Michelle C. Frankie (Jason M.) of Rosedale, MD.
