He is survived by: his children, Kirt Watkins (Marcine) and Lori Eckenrode (Billy); his grandchildren, Madison Brewer (Justin), Meredith Poplin (Cody), Sloan Watkins and Griffin Watkins; his great grandchildren, Wyatt Poplin, Kennedy Poplin and Barrett Poplin; and his siblings, Richard Watkins (Becky) and Tinky Drane (Johnny). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
