He is survived by: his wife Mary Doby Bingham; his daughters, Donna Merriman (Billy) and Denise Bingham; his grandchildren, Thad Merriman (Elizabeth), Tyler Merriman, Travis Merriman (Ally), Tucker Merriman (Sydnie Covington) and Jessie Snow; his great grandchildren, Kyree Snow and Hunter Merriman; and his siblings, Peggy Sparks (Jack) and Max Bingham (Ruth).
