He is survived by: his father Francis Warfield Spainhour (Frank); his daughter Victoria Marie Spainhour (Andrew Roth) of New York City; his granddaughter Audrey Spainhour; and his sisters, Brenda Arthur of Salisbury and Sue Ingram of Kernersville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
