It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Susan L Schramm (Clemmons, North Carolina), who passed away on October 13, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Lewellyn and Frances Lewellyn; and her brothers, Philip, Barry and Leroy Lewellyn.

She is survived by: her husband John Schramm of Clemmons; her siblings, Carolyn Harrison of Winston-Salem and David Lewellyn (Camilla) of Walkertown; her children, Nicole Schramm Sapyta of Durham and Christopher Schramm of Winston-Salem; her son-in-law Jeffrey Sapyta; and her grandchildren, Jack and Audrey Sapyta of Durham.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
