He was predeceased by: his father Olin Elwood Hawks. He is survived by: his parent Stevens; his wife Mona Gordon Hawks; his children, Chris Hawks (Amanda) and Laurie Cunningham; his stepson Ryan Jacobs (Rene); his grandchildren, Rowan Hawks, Holden Reavis, Mackenzie, Amelia Cunningham, Makayla, Landon and Jase Jacobs; and his siblings, Randy Hawks (Rosa), Kerry Hawks (Pam) and Tracey Chambers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
