He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Paul Hull and Rachel Sloma Cope Hull; his siblings, David Hull, Jerry Hull and Teresa Lindsay; and his father-in-law Al Kirby.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Kirby Hull; his daughter Jennifer Stewart (Roger); his grandchildren, Dylan and Kyla; his siblings, Eddie Hull (Elaine), Larry Hull (Angie), Jackie Sotriffer, Linda Stansberry (Sam), Cathy Boone (Jim), Patricia Abbott and Rachel Lee Strupe (Bruce); and his mother-in-law June Kirby. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
