He was predeceased by: his parents, Luper Willard and Riller Simmons Willard; and his siblings, Ramon Simmons (Dot) and Tessie Mears. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Slater Willard; his grandson Jason Cutright (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Rhett Cutright and Madalyn Cutright of Harrisburg, NC; and his granddaughter Morgan Cutright of Raleigh, NC..
