He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Harper and James Harper; his son Chad Brandon Harper; and his brother James Larry Harper. He is survived by: his son Kyle P. Harper; his daughter-in-law Sara Harper; his daughter Kym Harper Styers; his son-in-law Gary Styers II; and his siblings, Lynn Harper Long and Gray Harper. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of friends.
