It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Lee Plemmons (Clemmons, North Carolina), born in Gillette, Wyoming, who passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Jennifer Plemmons; his parents, Harold Eugene "Gene" Plemmons and Mary Louise Sohl Howard; his stepmother Delores Backhaus Plemmons; his brother Donald Plemmons; his half-sister Betty Howard; and his grandparents, Francis Plemmons (Eleanor), Beulah Hamm (Jack), Henry Sohl and Lettie Sohl.
He is survived by: his children, Bryan Plemmons and Abigail Codding (Karli); his granddaughter Anari Codding; his siblings, John (Ellen) of Wheatland, WY and Mary Webber (Jim) of Rawlins, WY; his half-brother Dale Howard (Iva) of Gillette, WY; his stepsiblings, Verna Mahle (Jon) of Gillette, WY and Darryl Stoebner of Gillette, WY.; his in-laws, Patricia Fields and James Carling; and his girlfriend Dot Burns. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
