He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Wade and Gracie Wade. He is survived by: his wife Frances Wade; his son Richard Wade, Jr.; and his stepchildren, Hilda Rudisill (Doug), Les Flynn (Sandy) and Charlotte McGlamery. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
