She was predeceased by: her parents, William Owens and Effie Mae Scott Owens; her husband Joseph Walter Hill; and her siblings, Leonard, Odell, Sam, Dora, Beatrice and Rosie.
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph and Emmette "Sam" Hill; and her grandsons, Dustin and Zachary Hill. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
