She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Beshears and Viola Beshears; her husband Avery "Bud" Pike; and her stepson Avery L. Pike, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Thompson (Phil); her daughter-in-law Jean Pike; her grandchildren, Laura Hardy, Cameron Phillips, Mike Pike and Pat Pike; her great grandchildren, Avery Pitman, Kensley Phillips, Jace Phillips and Jessica Pike; and her sister Angie Francis (Tony).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Center Grove Baptist Church or to Mountain Valley Hospice in Yadkinville, NC.
