She was predeceased by: her parents, George Vincent Collins and Teresa Cindrich Collins; her husband James Sedlacek (Jim); her son Steven Joseph Sedlacek; and her grandson Matthew Fullard.

She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Michael Sedlacek (Julie Sedlacek); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Sedlacek, Emily Kate Sedlacek and Samuel Sedlacek; her son John Matthew Sedlacek (Tracey Sedlacek); her grandsons, David Sedlacek and James Fullard; her brothers, David Collins and Michael Collins; and her caregivers, Rebecca, Marisol, Becky, Windy and Tina.
