She is survived by: her husband Thomas "Tom" Dale Carlton, Sr.; her sons, Dale Carlton Jr. (Shaunna Carlton), David Carlton and Zachary Carlton (Katie O'Brien Carlton); and her grandchildren, Britney Carpenter, Nikolas Carlton, Braeden Carlton and Chandler Carlton.
