With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia Helen Purchacki (Clemmons, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 10, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Scourby and Gloria Murphy Scourby; her son Edward Steven Purchacki, Jr.; and her brother Joseph Scourby. She is survived by: her husband Edward "Eddie" Steven Purchacki; her son John Michael Purchacki (Lisa); her grandchildren, Austin, Samantha, Gianna, Eddie, Eric, Emily, Alexa and Hailey; her great grandchildren, Layla and Nicholas; and her siblings, Peter Scourby, Mary Giacopelli and Lori Scourby. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Patricia's honor to Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home.
