He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Fussell Fields; his children, Palynn Fields and Jack Fields; his siblings, Alan Fields, Tim Fields (Tammy) and Elizabeth Morgan (Chris); and his nieces and nephews, Joseph Fields, Grayson Morgan, Elisha Morgan, Katie Yandle, Libby Fields, Hannah Alred, Evey Morgan and Lillie Morgan. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
