It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Phillips (Clemmons, North Carolina), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 7, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Flaherty and Mary Flaherty; her husband Jim; and her siblings, Catherine and Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Ellen Phillips (Aiden) of Apex, NC, Jimmy Phillips (Victoria) of Clayton, NC, Betsy Scott (Paul) of Clemmons, NC and Michael Phillips (Liza) of Concord, NC; her siblings, Johnny (Cathy) and Maggie (Fran); and her siblings-in-law, Peter Stauder, Dee Flaherty Garrity, Pat Ruskin (late Jack) and Kathy Morus (Steve). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
