She was predeceased by: her parents, George Franklin and Grace Hood McCaslin; her husband Aaron Morris Alexander; her son Gary Eugene McCaslin; her siblings, John McCaslin, Parmer McCaslin, Joe McCaslin, Noah McCaslin, Mildred McCaslin, Ola Brittain and Ruby Buff; and her sons-in-law, James Helms (Jim) and Richard Howell.
She is survived by: her children, Betty A. Helms of Clemmons, Ray Alexander (Sharon) and Judy Howell (Wade Harrington) of Huntersville, AL.; her grandchildren, Marc Helms (Kelly) of Clemmons, Tracy Jackowski (Bill), Kevin Alexander, Crystal Palmer and Carlo Gold; her great grandchildren, James, Hudson Helms of Clemmons, Javen, Gage Palmer, Billy Jackowski, Halina and Raven Alexander; and her brothers, Thurman McCaslin of Newton and Austin McCaslin (Janice) of Vale. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
