He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Vernie and Julia Torrence Oliver Rash; his daughters, Angie Tucker (Bryan) of Siloam, Amanda Rash of Kernersville, Heather Heath (Ray) of Winston Salem, Paula Morgan (Richard) of Winston Salem and Monica Cobbler (Chris) of Winston Salem; his grandchildren, Josh Tucker (Katie) of Arizona, Mark Britton, Jessica Tucker-Grubbs (Corey) of Jamestown, Kynleigh Heath of Winston Salem and Raelyn Heath of Winston Salem; and his siblings, Gene Rash (Betty) of Lansing, Lewis Rash of West Jefferson, Herb Rash (Barb) of West Jefferson, Tony Rash of Todd, Irene Loggins of Piney Creek, Maxine Farrington (Clyde) of Creston, Sue Rash (Jim) of West Jefferson and Glenda Rash of West Jefferson. He was also cherished by three great grandchildren.
