She is survived by: her husband James M. Adams; her daughter Jamie Brown (Kenneth) of Clemmons; her brother Dave Smith (Wilma) of Elkin; her sisters-in-law, Lena Smith, Annie Mae Smith and Johnsie Smith; her granddaughter Katherine Brown; and her pet Mia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
