She was predeceased by: her parents, James Roy Wilhelm and Mamie Velma Perry Wilhelm; and her siblings, Billy Perry Wilhelm and Nell Gray Wilhelm Dinkins. She is survived by: her daughter Rachel Ann Etchison Yancey (Wayne Russum Yancey) of Clemmons; her grandchildren, Daniel Gray Yancey (Katherine Habenicht Yancey) of Athens, Georgia and Sarah Ann Yancey Vance (Kenneth W. Vance, Jr.); and her brother Jim Wilhelm (Florence Wilhelm) of Winston-Salem. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Union Hill Baptist Church (8494 Lasater Rd, Clemmons, NC 27012). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
