She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Wayne and Etta Lowe Evans; her husband Leon Jenkins; and her siblings, Roy Wayne Evans Jr., Jackie Wayne Evans and Betty Lou Evans Brown.

She is survived by: her sister Carol Jean Evans Bottomley (Junior Ray) of Glade Valley, NC. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
