She was predeceased by: her father William Eugene. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth E. Nichols; her daughters, Jennie Hess (Terry) of Clemmons, Katie Maness of Clemmons and Mandy Murdock of Cleveland, NC; her stepson Gary Nichols (Carol) of Maryville, TN; her brother Wayne Ellingham (Louise) of Tobaccoville; her niece Stephany Ellingham; and her nephew Christopher Ellingham. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
