She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert G. Hoots and Betty T. McDaniel; and her brother Benny Hoots. She is survived by: her daughter Holly Hellard (Matt); her grandchildren, Courtney Miller (Anthony) and Jakob Hellard (Anna); her great grandchild Owen Miller; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Hoots.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Silas Creek Chapel - Hayworth-Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory (3315 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27103).
