She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Banks and Elizabeth Covington Morris; her great-nephew Grayson; her husband Frank Spencer; her son Dan Spencer (Cindy) of Wilmington; and her sister Carol Hall (Walter) of Winston-Salem.
