He is survived by: his spouse Cleo George; his children, David Baity (Eileen), Susan Galloway (Ira) and Steven Baity (Beth); his grandchildren, Zach Horton, Bryan Horton, Jennifer Baity Chaffin, Nicholas Baity (Nick), Travis Baity and Katelyn Baity; and his great grandchildren, Madeline Horton, Chase Horton, Palmer Chaffin and Baker Horton.
