It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Spencer Dean in Clemmons, North Carolina, who passed away on November 13, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Josie Boone Dean and Carl Proctor Dean; and his brother Carl Boone Dean. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Dean; his daughter Pam Dean Gambill (Arnold); his grandchildren, Sydney Gambill Olson (Joe), Jared Gambill and Corey Gambill; and his sister Janet Sasnett. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
