She is survived by: her husband John Hege; her children, Stacy Hege (Frank) and Jenea Stanley (Scott); and her grandsons, Zachary Stanton Hege and Bly Triplett. She is also survived by two sisters and three brothers.

Memorials may be made to Clemmons First Baptist Church Blanket Fund or The Cancer Society.
