It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Tise Livengood of Clemmons, North Carolina, who passed away on October 24, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tise and Ada Tise; her significant other Gene Livengood; and her sister Carol Woodruff (Frank). She is survived by: her children, Scott Livengood (Margaret) of Burlington and Cynthia Livengood (Carolyn Smith) of Greensboro; her brother Donald Tise of Sanford, Florida; and her grandchildren, Virginia, Joseph and Caroline Livengood. She is also survived by several nephews, cousins, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Center Grove Church (8750 Lasater Rd, Clemmons, NC 27012). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trellis Supportive Care of Winston Salem.
