He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tucker Gay and Adelia Clifton Gay. He is survived by: his wife Alice Koko Gay; his children, Kathy Gay Rollins (Chuck) and Brian Gay (Catherine); his grandchildren, Audrey Gay and Braden Gay; and his siblings, Gwen McClosky and Jimmie Gay.
