It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Dillard Bolen (Clemmons, North Carolina), who passed away on September 30, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Bolen and Hazel Alexander Bolen; his wife Linda Bolen; and his son James Bolen. He is survived by: his daughter Connie Bolen Wood; his stepchildren, Angie Johnson, Cherie Hill and Michael Hendrix; his grandchildren, Brooke Spillman (Michael), Joel Johnson, Kaila Bauberger, Michael Hendrix, Jr., Dylan Wood and Brendan Wood; his great grandchildren, Piper Johnson and Sawyer Spillman; and his brothers, Ray Bolen (Donna) and Richard Bolen (Frances). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
