He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobert McKinley and Nizzie Renigar Barnard; his wife Nell; and his siblings, Catherine B. Kinder, Lucille B. Wagner, Darlene B. Holcomb and Hobert Edwin Barnard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
