He is survived by: his parents, Elzey Speaks and Ada Lashmit Speaks; his wife Dorothy; his daughters, Jackie Barlow and Sandra Lynn Speaks; his granddaughter Angie Freeman (Shawn); his stepchildren, Todd Johnson (Karen) and Vickie Pitts (Gary); his granddaughters, Brooke Hiott (Taylor) and Paige Johnson; his great grandchildren, Ashton, Linden and Chloe; his sisters, Helen Wynn, Edith Sprinkle and Doris Kiser; and his close friends, Bruce Ann, Mary Ann and Leon Swinton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
