He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Abraham Metzger and Mary Barbara Metzger (Prion); and his sisters, Henrietta Reed and Viola Tellez. He is survived by: his children, Mark Metzger (Stephanie Metzger), Lisa Osteen (Sam Osteen) and Pamela Vick-Moore (Tripp Moore); his sister Shirley Genton (Daryll Genton); his niece Darla Morgan (Tom Morgan); and the mother of his children Patricia Metzger.
